How do I return an item?
At Service First we want you to Buy with Confidence. We are not only accredited and reviewed by the BBB but we also accept most forms of payment so you can be confident in who you are purchasing from.
Part of that is our Buy with Confidence Guarantee. We have a 30 day money back guarantee so that you can return your purchase for any reason if you are not happy or your circumstances change.
Looking to return it or make an exchange? No problem! We have a no-hassle return/exchange policy: we guarantee your complete satisfaction. If at any time you're not 100% satisfied, send your unused product back within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. No questions asked.
Holiday Returns:
Any purchased made after October 15th will have an extended 90 day exchange/return window. This will accommodate gift giving! The standard 30 day policy will resume starting Dec 25th.

Additional questions:
How long will it take to get my refund back? Once your package is received and processed the refund will show up after 4-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Is there a time limit on returns? Product will need to be returned within 30 days of receipt. The return window around the Christmas holiday is extended as explained above.
Do I receive Store Credit or an actual refund? You will receive a refund back to the original method of payment. (Refunds take 4-10 business days to show back on your account, depending on your bank.)
Will I be reimbursed for return shipping costs? Our company will only cover the return shipping expense if there was an issue with the product, or if we shipped the incorrect item. Items shipped according to customer orders do not place our company at fault and the customer is liable for that return shipping charge.
Is shipping refundable? Shipping charges are non-refundable.
